Worn and Tired I was his first mate
Lord Odysseus I would share your fate
The crew as well is in your palm
Thought all was done so we headed home
The sea decided to slay us slowly
This was Odysseus’s fault we thought
I’d neverJanuary have thought that I’d ever thought
That I would break trust, his first mate
I opened the windy bag slowly
I and crew destroyed our fate
We were so close I lost our way home
Odysseus could have slain me with his palm
Again I should have died at Odysseus’s palm
Meeting Kirke fled her, my only thought
Made my way back to my makeshift home
I was indeed a fearful first mate
Then my lord went out to save my comrades fates
He saved the rest of our mates, left slowly
We took to the lonely sea slowly
Looking to read a dead man’s palm
He was next in line in our fate
I had no hope only that we’d die I thought
I was turning to be a foul first mate
All I wanted now was to go home
But never would I arrive at my long gone home
The thought occurred but subsided slowly
I would not fall to that I the first mate
I then killed the Kine with my own palm
It never occurred to be my last action I thought
Men cut down the kine, my fault our fate
I ruined our hopes I dashed our fate
Because of me constantly shielding home
My disloyal actions my thoughts
I killed the crew and our lord slowly
It was I who held us in my palm
Cannot find the boatman, I the first mate
Our fate was a slow moving angry god’s grudge
I wish it were home I could lay my palms on
I’d never thought I’d die still his first mate
